• We do not offer automotive warehousing or shipping services.
• We do not get involved in transactions between buyers and sellers.
• We do not inspect used cars listed on our website.
• Maryland Used Car Sales operates this website as an advertising and research shopping service that brings used car buyers and sellers together. All information about a particular used car is given by the seller, not Maryland Used Car Sales. The price and other terms of all sales remain subject to direct negotiation between buyer and seller.
• The prices listed by sellers on www.marylandusedcarsales.com often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing, compliance fees, and other related charges. Any or all of these charges may be added to listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular used car.
